- Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver individual, family, and group therapy.
- Provide outreach treatment in clients' homes and subcontractor facilities.
- Maintain client records and complete necessary paperwork timely.
- Coordinate treatment with collateral agents and subcontractors.
- Offer consultation on mental health/substance abuse issues.
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling; LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred.
- Required licensure within 6 months of eligibility.
- Experience in mental health/substance abuse counseling.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work on an interdisciplinary team.
