Clinician (LPN/RN) Urology/Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Primary Care Clinician nurse collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. The RN coordinates wellness and chronic illness activities, focusing on safety and high-quality care. Success is measured by patient outcome performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: NM RN license; BLS certification required.
• SKILLS: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and patient education coordination.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year in a clinical nursing role.
  
  

NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to CSVCG Dyad, supervises medical assistants, and ensures clinical staff competency.

ENVIRONMENT: Requires physical stamina and exposure to clinic-related hazards.
