Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We Are Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) To Provide Individual And Family-centered Nursing Care To Elderly And Acutely Ill Residents In Snohomish, Washington. Under The Direction Of An RN, The LPN Will

• Deliver direct care and assist with treatment as per scope of practice.
• Participate in resident evaluations and care planning.
• Administer medications and document care accurately.
• Assist with emergencies and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
