LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a motivated Medicaid Specialist to support senior care communities in Pennsylvania, focusing on tracking and facilitating Medicaid applications for timely resident benefits. Additionally, we are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance resident care and well-being.

• Starting pay: $30-$32/hr, based on experience.
• Yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment: $5,250.

Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with teams for holistic care. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a current LPN license, and have at least 1 year of long-term care experience.
