Responsibilities: As a Primary Therapist, your duties will include providing individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating workshops and support groups, attending team meetings, and maintaining accurate records and policies.
Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency, and licensure is preferred. A minimum of two years' experience as a counselor/therapist, ideally in chemical dependency, is required. Knowledge of 12-step programs is an asset.
