- Assessing, communicating, and documenting residents' status.
- Reporting significant changes in resident behavior and health.
- Supervising Resident Care Assistants and mentoring Lead RCAs.
- Coordinating care with community providers.
- Preventing elder abuse and responding to emergencies.
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
