Responsibilities

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy and develop rehabilitation programs for patients with injuries and disabilities. Your responsibilities include:

• Administering prescribed physical therapy treatments to enhance patient function.
• Testing and screening patients to assist in treatment planning.
• Collaborating with physicians and clinical teams to adjust treatment plans.
• Supervising and providing guidance to therapy assistants and aides.
• Documenting patient care and progress accurately.
