- Consult with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality palliative care.
- Evaluate and certify terminal prognosis during admissions and recertification periods.
- Conduct educational seminars to enhance patient care and promote hospice services.
- Must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, have a valid state license, and preferably be board certified in hospice and palliative care.
