CARINE is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Women’s Fashion Sales Associate for our Downtown Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, and Sedona stores, catering specifically to the needs of mid to mature women. If you have a passion for fashion, excel in providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team. As a Women’s Fashion Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment, delivering personalized service, and elevating each customer’s shopping journey.

Schedule and Hours :

Normal store hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday and 11 am - 6 pm Sundays. The initial schedule for this role is expected to be 2 – 3 days, totaling 15 – 25 hours per week. Schedule flexibility and weekend availability is preferred. Sunday availability is highly desirable.

Duties

• Provide a warm and welcoming environment, always ensuring the best experience for the customer.
• Personalize each customer’s experience with a proactive and intuitive approach focused on their needs.
• Offer exceptional fitting room experiences, providing guidance, suggestions, and capitalizing on upselling opportunities.
• Efficiently and accurately complete sales, returns, and exchanges using Shopify Point of Sale application on iPad while following all cashier procedures.
• Perform all required opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain an attractive and organized store environment ensuring the store is inviting, clean, and tidy.
• Ensure products are stocked on the floor, well-presented, and merchandised to visual standards.
• Organize the stock room, perform stock related tasks, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Complete various tasks including steaming, folding, sorting, sizing, ticketing, packing, unpacking, etc.
• Utilize multi-tasking skills effectively to ensure all tasks are completed without compromising customer service.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times and adhere to a professional retail dress code.
