24/7 on call responsibilities for one home
Oversee the day to day functioning of the assigned site, coordinating care through your team, medical care coordinators /transporters, nurses, and behavioral specialist.
Provide safety for all clients and staff
Assist in MUI investigations process
Make staff Schedule, and cover all call offs and open shifts that are not filled.
Ensure all UIR Forms are complete and processed accurately and timely
Supervise, coach and evaluate all staff at the site; includes managing personnel issues, ensuring compliance to agency’s personnel policies, and evaluating and reducing turnover.
All required trainings, certifications, and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards
Coordinate and facilitate meeting with staff on a regular basis
Maintain up to date knowledge of all clients ISPs - including medical, psychiatric, behavioral, nutritional, social, and physical needs to ensure that staff are adhering to each ISP
ensure staff members are in compliance with all mandated trainings
Train, evaluate, and mentor all direct reports. Including annual performance evaluations and ongoing feedback and coaching
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be 21 years of age
Minimum 2 years managerial experience
A working vehicle to be use to transport the course is work
Valid Auto insurance (not an FR or SR22 bond)
Ability to pass a background check
