Caring Angels Home Care is looking for an HR Team Supervisor for our CDPAP program in Ramsey, NJ. As an HR Team Supervisor you will be responsible for providing guidance, support and oversee the HR team in every aspect of Human Resources.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the CDPAP team in organizing, managing, coordinating and directing the operations and functions.
- Process all new hires, terminations and other payroll changes after obtaining change of status notifications
- Organize and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
- Support CDPAP team during re-occurring initiatives including performance review cycles.
