We are looking for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be flexible.
Responsibilities

*Provide patient care and assistance with daily activities. *Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. *Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff. *Assist with personal hygiene needs of the patient. *Provide emotional support to patients and their families. *Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. *Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
Qualifications

*6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work. Exceptions to this requirement are for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs), or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services. *CNA or HHA license preferred. *Proof of current TB testing. *Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position. *Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. *Must possess excellent communication skills. *Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable. *Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state). *Provide verifiable professional and personal references.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.50 - $15.50/hour.
