We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team. Will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.

This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and requires a strong understanding of childhood development and behavior management techniques.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring all toys and equipment are safe and sanitized.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for infants and toddlers as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, first aid, and caregiving techniques.
Requirements
- Experience in toddler care or infant care is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's emotional needs.
- Previous experience in caregiving roles is highly desirable.
- A background in early childhood education or special education is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with families.
