*Overview*
We are seeking dedicated Home Care Aides to provide compassionate care to individuals in need. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
We currently have assignments available requiring English speaking aides. Spanish or Urdu speaking clients are also available. Must have a valid HHA or PCA certificate issued in NYS.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundering
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
*Qualifications*
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with patient care practices and medical records
- Understanding of home community care services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using systems related to caregiving
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $18.10
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.10 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
