We are currently seeking full-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to work in Sullivan, NY. Experience caring for clients approved for NHTD Waiver services is highly desired!

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
- Ensure clients' safety by assisting with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report health or behavior changes to supervisors
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as directed
- Schedule and accompany clients to appointments and social activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified PCA or HHA with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in hospice, memory care, or developmental disabilities care is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with phone apps for clocking in/out of shifts
