As an Executive Director, you're the leader and face of the branch, spearheading sales, business development, and networking efforts. You’ll also onboard new Clients, providing outstanding customer service and careful documentation.
Build a vibrant network of referral partnerships and intake pipelineSpearhead the ongoing growth, expansion, and development of the branchProvider leadership, training, support and accountability to branch staffMeet budgeted operational service goals for efficiency and market growthImprove revenue goals with outreach to the community - including business to business sales, events, professional groups, and involvement in the local marketAnalyze operational trends and reports within and with competitorsOversee the branch operationsMaintain a business development and public relations database of phone calls, walk-ins, referral sources, and inquiries, obtaining personal, clinical, and financial information necessary for intaking new ClientsHold direct reports on your team accountable for their KPIs and areas of responsibilityProvide careful coordination of Client case management needs with team of providersDevelop and update comprehensive and customized Service Plans for each ClientRequirements
