Job Description
- The Bilingual Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, ensuring all visitors and callers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Additionally, the Bilingual Receptionist will provide interpretation services for Care Managers and Omaha staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms) available.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Translate documents and communication materials as required.
- Provide interpretation services for Care Managers and Omaha staff during meetings and client interactions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Customer service attitude and Business Casual appearance.

Additional Notes
- This Position is in the office Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an Hour lunch break.
