The list below outlines some of the responsibilities that are required in the Lead Caregiver position. This list is not a complete list of duties, as they may evolve or change as the company changes. • The Lead Caregiver is the first to be offered up to 40 hours per week if you are available. These hours are not guaranteed if for example the employee requests time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, or client hours are cancelled due to inclement weather. • You must be available to work the hours set by your Site Coordinator unless time off was approved of prior to the week. Normal hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Some evenings and weekends may be requested. • We expect leads to represent the company in a professional manner always following policies and procedures set forth. • Any rounding on current clients and must report any changes in needs or the client’s condition to your Site Coordinator when you become aware of these changes. • You may be asked to assist with marketing or recruiting events as directed by your Site Coordinator. • Lead Caregivers may resume Caregiver role if circumstances allow, and would resume their original pay as caregiver.
