Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to join our team. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day functions for a private duty non-medical in- home care in Lincoln County. The site coordinator will ensure quality services are provided to clients and manage the day-to-day needs for the caregiver team. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a compassionate attitude.
Qualifications
Education : High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Preferred : Previous medical, marketing, or management experience
Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to document services in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Flexibility to travel within designated counties
Work Conditions
Work remotely, in client homes and at community events.
Supervise caregivers for training and performance evaluations in client homes.
Travel between client homes for assessments, caregiver evaluations, and client care visits.
Client Care Coordination :
Assess client needs, monitor changes in conditions, and communicate with relevant parties.
Ensure caregivers document services provided according to client needs during each visit.
Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff regarding client care.
Supervision & Training :
Interview, hire, onboard and supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
Conduct oversight visits to assess caregivers' performance and provide guidance.
Ensure caregivers comply with company policies and procedures through consistent training, coaching, and feedback.
Management & Communication :
Maintain effective communication with clients and families to address concerns, scheduling, and care needs.
Report issues or violations promptly to management.
Visit referral sources and participate in community events to promote agency services.
Maintain regular contact with caregivers and supervisors to improve service quality and resolve issues.
Compliance & Safety :
Follow established safety protocols when providing care in client homes or during travel.
Report any suspected cases of abuse or neglect to appropriate authorities, such as Adult Protective Services.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and industry standards.
Administrative & Operational Support :
Maintain and update client records and care documentation.
Assist with financial and operational oversight to ensure business stability.
Travel between client homes for assessments, evaluations, and caregiver visits.
