Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
- Handle correspondence, memos, and meeting notes
- Organize and maintain office documents and files
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and payment processing
- Support event coordination and office tasks as needed
- Ensure the training area is clean and welcoming
- Assist with other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified CNA in the State of NC (preferred but not required)
