What You'll Do:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor food intake, blood pressure checks, and medication reminders
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment
- Collaborate with the care team to meet the unique needs of each client
