We are seeking a Caregiver Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include starting cases, introducing permanent caregivers to clients/family members, assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the clients living environment and standards.
In addition, provide on site training and assistance with skills and development for current and new employees.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with new client starts
• Training current and new caregivers
• Quality assurance visits for both caregivers and clients
• Assist with in office duties

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Caregiver is required. CNA in NC preferred.

• First aid and CPR certified preferred
• Ability to lead and educate others
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
