Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is looking for a talented Media & Communication Coordinator to create and maintain a strong presence for our company. The Media & Communications Coordinator will have oversight and responsibility for the communications needs of Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. The position will work with staff and department leaders to effectively communicate the activities and opportunities at Caring Hands Home Health, Inc.

**The hours for the position are project based. The training will be 3-6 weeks in the office from 8a-5p. Once training is completed the schedule is still full time but will be hybrid.**
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Running company social media advertising campaigns.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Attending events and producing live social media content.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily/weekly content that builds meaningful connections and drives consumer engagement.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Gather and report website and other online analytics including promotional e-mail campaigns.
Graphic Design:
- Produce flyers, brochures, postcards and other printed material as needed
Website Maintenance:
- Ability to use word press for website maintenance and updating
Video Production:
- Determining what type of equipment to use for the projects’ goals and budget
- Preparing background film or “B” rolls as well as live feed
- Troubleshoots problems with the equipment
- Interviewing people and creating a film clip via editing raw footage
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
- Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video
Requirements and skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or Canva
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to update WordPress website required.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML required.
- Proficiency in MailChimp, Constant Contact or similar email provider.
- Ability to learn new skills as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred
1-3 years' experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
