About the IHA Training Program

Our In-Home Aide (IHA) Training Program prepares you to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need. This program includes virtual classroom learning followed by hands-on, in-person training to equip you with the skills needed to become a certified In-Home Aide.

What Youll Learn :

Basic caregiving skills and safety procedures

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Infection control and proper hygiene practices

Mobility assistance and proper body mechanics

Effective communication with clients and families

Hands-on training for real-world caregiving

Upon Completion, You Will :

Receive a certificate of completion qualifying you as an In-Home Aide (IHA)

Be eligible for immediate employment with our home health agency
