Position : Office Assistant
Location : 720 West Hargett St, Raleigh, NC 27603
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Compensation : Competitive salary with weekly pay and same-day pay options

Front Desk Operations : Greet visitors, caregivers, and clients with a welcoming attitude. Ensure the front desk is efficiently managed and organized.Phone & Email Management : Answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries. Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.Customer Support : Handle upset clients or caregivers with a calm, professional demeanor, ensuring swift issue resolution.Document Handling & Confidentiality : Manage sensitive information with discretion, ensuring all documents are scanned, filed, and uploaded properly.Administrative Assistance : Provide clerical support including typing, data entry, and scheduling. Manage office supplies and ensure everything is in place.Payroll Support : Use Paylocity to send caregiver pay stubs, assist with password resets, and ensure system access is up to date.Constant Contact & Communication : Regularly update caregiver and applicant contact lists and manage communications effectively.Errands & Office Management : Run errands when needed, maintain the cleanliness and order of the office, and ensure everything is in working order.Event Support : Assist in staffing and managing employee engagement events, ensuring smooth operations and participation.Other Duties as Assigned : Provide support wherever necessary to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience : 3 years of continuous and verifiable experience in clerical, administrative, receptionist, or front office coordination.Customer Service : Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.Technical Skills : Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with multiline phone systems and accurate typing / data entry.CNA / PCA Certification : Preferred but not required.Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Confidentiality : Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, especially regarding personal and health-sensitive information.Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to interact professionally with team members, caregivers, clients, and visitors.Team Player : Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve company goals.Why Youll Love Working With Us :
