We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health agency in a multifaceted role that allows you to make a direct impact on patient care while also helping expand our reach in the community.

About the Role:

This position is perfect for an RN who enjoys variety and independence in their work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Admitting and Providing RN home visits to patients in their homes.
• Conducting supervisory visits with home health aides and CNAs.
• Building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and nursing facilities to market our services and help grow our caseload.

As part of this role, you may also assist with direct patient care tasks typically performed by CNAs as needed to ensure continuity of care and patient well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to use your full range of skills while advancing your career in home health.
