What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drug Screen Collector position at Caring Hands & Open Hearts, LLC?
Job description: The Drug Screen Collector will greet and service clients at a designated location. The Drug Screen Collector will also answer in-person inquiries about the drug testing process. This person will perform observed patient urine collections, oral collections, and/or hair follicle collection. This position will support our dedicated agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes but not limited to the following:
1. Travel to designated location for purpose of collecting urine, oral, and/or hair specimens
2. Ensure that all patient paperwork (hard copy or electronic) is filled out correctly and all necessary information has been captured at the time of the collection
3. Adhering to confidentiality expectations and HIPAA compliance
4. Responsible for keeping inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked
5. Perform collections for urine, oral, and hair drug screening observed.
6. Update and maintain client contact information and records, as necessary
7. Other duties as assigned
8. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
9. Manage affidavit process as required
10. Keep and maintain most current information training on drug screen collections
11. Daily check-ins and weekly updates of account information with account manager

2. Acts responsibly and follows professional code of conduct as set forth by senior personnel.

5. Personal affinity towards the belief that substance use addictions can be treated
Job requirements
* Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
* Applicants must have at least 1 years experience
* Applicants must hold a Regular driving license
* A criminal background check will be required on applicants
