Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, monitoring health conditions, and offering companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health by observing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or assisted living is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus.
- Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status.
- Ability to monitor patients effectively and communicate observations clearly.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques is advantageous for working with clients experiencing cognitive decline.
- Must be reliable, patient, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
