We are looking for a RN to join our team and provide caring, compassionate, end-of-life care to terminally ill patients, focusing on managing symptoms, pain relief, and offering emotional support to both the patient and their family, while ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the process.
Responsibilities include:
- Patient assessment
- Provide education and support to caregiver
- Symptom management
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Other duties as assigned by management
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current Registered Nurse license to practice professional nursing issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas is required.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

- On call
