Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
