Job Responsibilities
Administer nursing care and develop individualized care plans for residents
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Must have a current, active license to practice as a LPN in the state
Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions
Strong organizational and time management skills
