What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Liaison position at Caring Life services?
Client Liaisons support client service representatives in matters related to clients. To obtain clients in need of home care services, informing and ensuring them of the family oriented team they will be becoming apart of. Visiting senior living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and adult day centers to distribute the knowledge and information of CLS. They plan and make a schedule for the monthly meetings with their clients. It is their job to monitor client satisfaction through follow-up to solve client problems and issues.

Expected hours: 18.00 per week
