As a Clinic Operations Manager, you will support the Director of Clinic Operations (DCO) or VP of Clinics by managing Clinic Coordinators (CCs) and Care Coordinators within an assigned region as the network expands. You will oversee clinic compliance, operational consistency, and workflow efficiency, ensuring that every clinic operates with excellence and in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
General Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of Clinic Coordinators (CCs) and Care Coordinators (~10 direct reports), providing mentorship, professional development, and operational training.
- Assist direct reports with facility maintenance, technology implementation, inventory and supply management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate workflow assignments to optimize efficiency, role clarity, and patient experience while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement standardized procedures to maintain safety, compliance, and adherence to policy regulations across all clinics.
- Manage complex operational issues, escalating as needed to ensure resolution.
- Support CCs in budget oversight and performance tracking, helping analyze key clinic metrics.
- Provide backup reception and care coordination coverage when necessary.

- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
- Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
- Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
- Comfortable with participating in leading and initiating prayer with co-workers and patients.
Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in business or healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
- Experience in workflow optimization, policy implementation, and compliance oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to travel as needed for supervision, clinic support, and staff gatherings
