Summary
As a Caregiver at Amada Senior Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior clients. Located in various locations across the United States, this position allows you to provide compassionate support and assistance tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Engage clients in social activities and cognitive exercises to promote mental health.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements
- Driver's License and Car Insurance is preferred
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary.
