Pay: Negotiable Salary of Over $85K-95k & un-capped Commision

The Role You'll Love:
As a member of our Business Development Team, you will be binging your wealth of experience to market our Private Home Care Services to the Community. You’ll be the friendly face that guides families through their transition into receiving Home Care Services. You’ll showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless admission process. Your keen eye for detail and organizational wizardry will shine as you coordinate with various departments to create a great admissions process.
JOB GOAL: To develop business partnerships generating home care referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. Serves as the agency staff representative with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, hospitals, Senior Living Communities, and the Fort Worth community. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of the assigned territory.
Your Qualifications
Solid Experience: You bring a wealth of admissions experience, ideally within a private Home Care or a healthcare setting. Your understanding of admissions processes and regulations will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Compassionate Nature: Your genuine empathy and compassion set you apart. You have a knack for making people feel heard, understood, and cared for, and you’re eager to extend that warmth to our clients and their families.
