Position: Home Care Liaison (Sales)
Location: Long Island, New York City

What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face that guides families through their transition into receiving Home Care Services.
- Build and maintain key relationships, driving brand awareness and acquiring new clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources, emphasizing long-term business.
- You’ll showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless admission process.
- Your keen eye for detail will shine as you coordinate with various departments to create an admissions process that meet the clients' needs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Caring People Home Healthcare’s requirements and obligations.
- Drives synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.
- Stellar Communication Skills: Whether it’s speaking with families, collaborating with team members, or liaising with external partners, your exceptional communication skills foster strong relationships and builds trust.
