Job description
The RDO is expected to translate Caring People’s business goals and objectives into specific and actionable operational strategies to meet stated metrics. These targets include client satisfaction, employee retention profitability and revenue growth. The RDO is also responsible for close collaboration with the clinical and sales teams to reach those goals.
- This position covers our Texas Region (Dallas & Houston)
- Candidate should reside in Dallas, Texas
You Will:
- Travel within the region visiting multiple offices every week and as-needed
- Support your outreach, operational and clinical teams to achieve success in their positions
- Serve as the liaison between the Governing Board, Advisory Board, Branch Administrator, Staff and community through open and effective communications
- Oversee, direct and evaluate operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and service
- Verify compliance with local laws and regulations as well as national accreditation, CHAP
- Responsible for the fiscal planning, budgeting and management of operations in accordance with established fiscal parameters
- Recruit, employ, train and retain qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication, including integration of technology, as applicable
- Embody the company mission in every interaction with internal and external customers
- Ensure personnel stay current with clinical information and practices
- Lead and promote ongoing staff development and education
- Evaluate the performance improvement activities, services and programs, local and national trends and issues, and develops a strategic plan using measurable outcomes and objectives with a core committee of employees and board members
- Maintain the high standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- Ensure the accuracy of all messaging and marketing materials are aligned with the company message.
- Always ensure appropriate office staffing.
- Informs the Governing Body, staff and advisory group of current organizational, community, and industry trends.
- Critically evaluate all services and personnel using measurable outcome and objectives.
- Assist in evaluations, conflict and complaint resolution with employees and clients
- Complete performance evaluations on all staff in accordance with organizational policy
- Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs
- Ensure coordination with other organization areas and senior management, as appropriate, according to the structure and service
- Represent the company at local, state, and national level functions as deemed necessary and ensures the staff and organization stay current on local and national issues and trends
- Monitor operational progress toward accomplished operational and strategic goals
- Ensure that employee safety is of utmost importance, that the necessary and appropriate space, equipment and supplies are available and strives to have an accident-free workplace
- Ensure actionable objectives are derived from evaluation of services and personnel
- Ensure standards of ethical business and clinical practice are maintained
- Ensure appropriate data collection and regular complete reports are received by the company leadership and Governing Body
- Assurance of timely and accurate billing, collection and payroll practices
- Oversight of staffing trends including recruitment and retention
- Inform state agencies of any Administrator or address changes
- Compile and presents all quarterly data for quarterly quality improvement meetings
- Create and follow up on performance improvement plans.
- Work with leadership to create and adhere to annual strategic plans for admissions, recruitment and revenue purposes.
- Oversee all after hours on-call functions.
