Caring People is seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Healthcare Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role is pivotal in driving relationships, lead generation, and facilitating relationship building. The Liaison will play a crucial role in promoting our services throughout the territory. Founded in Flushing New York, we have now grown to service NY, NJ, CT, TX, FL, and MA, thus enabling clients to live life on their own terms, in their own homes.

- Pay: Competitive Base Salary, 6k Travel Stipend, & un-capped sales commission
- Total Compensation: $95k to 115K (Base/Travel/Commision)

Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Organize and deliver engaging Marketing of all services offered that effectively showcase the features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and client acquisition efforts.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on client interactions.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Assist in creating marketing materials that align with client needs and industry trends.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
- Stellar Communication Skills: Whether it’s speaking with families, collaborating with team members, or liaising with external partners, your exceptional communication skills foster strong relationships and builds trust.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources and partners with an emphasis on longevity
- Showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs and collaborating with your team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a working knowledge of Caring People’s requirements and obligations
- Proven experience in Healthcare sales, with a strong understanding of direct sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools to drive new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in outside private pay Home Healthcare sales is preferred.
