Your Role as ADON:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be an essential part of our leadership team, ensuring high-quality care for our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership and assisting the Director of Nursing in managing and improving patient care quality.
- Mentoring and training staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal healthcare standards.
- Developing a positive work culture that prioritizes resident care and staff development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN License in Ohio (required).
- At least two years of nursing leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role).
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Passion for long-term care and a commitment to resident well-being.
- Ability to inspire, educate, and support a dedicated nursing team.
