The Western Hills Retirement Village is a family-owned and operated organization located in the heart of the West Side in Delhi.

Reports to : Activity Director / Administrator

Job Description : The Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliabletransportation for residents of the senior living community. The driver willtransport residents to outings, and other events as needed. Thedriver must maintain a clean driving record and be able to effectively communicatewith residents and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Safely transportresidents to appointments, outings, and other events as needed.
• Maintain a clean andwell-maintained vehicle.
• Assist residents withboarding and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair-bound residents.
• Follow all trafficlaws and safe driving practices.
• Keep accurate recordsof mileage, trips, and other relevant information.
• Communicateeffectively with residents and staff to ensure a positive and comfortableexperience for all passengers.
• Perform routinemaintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues to the appropriatestaff member.
• Assist with otherduties as assigned by the management team.
