Your Role: Director of Nursing (DON)

- Infection Control & Safety Leader: Design and implement effective safety protocols as the Infection Control Coordinator.

Ideal Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings experience, heart, and leadership to the table:
- Active Ohio RN License (required)
- 5 years in long-term care, including 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Empathetic, Solution-Oriented Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
