Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Easthaven Villa Assisted Living & Memory Care in Yelm, WA. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care and services to our residents, working closely with physicians and other providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $42-$53 per hour, depending on experience and licensure. The successful candidate will have a degree in nursing and current state license, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide nursing care and services
- Complete resident health assessments and monitor overall health
- Communicate effectively with physicians and outside providers
- Investigate injuries involving residents or staff
- Track and audit medication and treatment orders
- Participate in service planning and coordinate resident care
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
