Easthaven Villa, our beautiful community located in Yelm, WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. - Hourly wage is $25 - $28, DOE & Certifications!
Requirements:
- Valid HCA or CNA license required;
- Associates Degree (or equivalent) in a related field is preferred;
- Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide;
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights.
- Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach.
- Must have outstanding written and oral skills
- Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
- Must possess a working, current knowledge of state regulations for AL & MC
