Resident Care Nurse Needed!
- LPN or RN
- Full-Time: 8:30am - 5pm
- Wage is $35-$45, DOE & Licensure!

Heritage House Buckley, our beautiful community located in Buckley, WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Nurse. This role would focus on coordinating care for the residents, as well as performing nursing care. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:
- Complete resident health assessments
- Monitoring of resident overall health
- Communication with physicians and outside providers
- Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
- Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders
- Part of service planning team
- Coordination of resident care
- Participate in care conferences
- Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
- Communicate with state and assist in surveys
- Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing and a current state license
- Understanding of state and federal regulations
- Good computer skills
- Ability to lift, push or pull 30 pounds, up to 30 times per shift
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Commitment to the safe practices, infection control, residents’ rights
- Strong communication skills with residents and families
