What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Caring Podiatry?
Our independent fast paced Podiatry practice is looking to expand our Team. We are looking for a experienced Frond Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant who can coordinate patient care while keeping the physician on schedule. If you are looking to work with a great team and make a difference in peoples lives, this might be the job for you. We’re looking for a professional who believes in teamwork and wants to go the extra mile for our patients. This position requires a detailed oriented mind and the ability to keep the momentum going. A brief overview of duties include:
Checking in patients
Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required.
Looks ahead at daily schedule to make sure we have the necessary items to complete the patients visit.
Sets up for procedures and assists Provider as needed. Obtains appropriate consent form, when necessary. (E.g. toenail removal, wart removal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
