What We Offer: ✅ $16.00 per hour ✅ Flexible part-time schedules with potential of more hours ✅ Clients available in multiple locations ✅ A supportive and welcoming team To get started, you’ll need a valid fingerprint card, CPR, and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff, including nurses and direct support professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Skills
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Experience in group home settings or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care protocols is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity.
- Familiarity with developing and following care plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
