Location: McAllen (service area - Rio Grande Valley)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train caregiving teams in providing exceptional senior care
- Educate caregivers on GreatCare® training standards and disease knowledge to enhance client care
- Conduct in-home assessments to develop personalized care plans
- Ensure caregivers are knowledgeable in proper body mechanics and safety techniques
- Monitor client satisfaction and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior care management or a related field
- Strong understanding of proper body mechanics for caregiver training
- Experience in caregiver education, including hands-on care and disease knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Goal-focused with a commitment to delivering GreatCare®
