We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our team. As a Home Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating customized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, and our care team, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Develop and Implement Marketing StrategiesGenerate and Track Sales LeadsConduct Market ResearchCreate and Manage Marketing MaterialsOrganize and Participate in Community Relations and EventsMonitor and Report on Performance MetricsCollaborate with Internal TeamsManage Budget and ResourcesEnsure Compliance and Best PracticesQualifications :
Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
