Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the hiring process
- Interview and orientation competency
- Supervision of Field Staff
- Client Assessments
- Educate and Coach Caregiver Staff
- Supervisory Visits of Caregiver Staff and Clients
- Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Team Player
Flexible Schedules - Part Time Position -
$50-$55 Per Hour - Pay based on experience
MUST BE AN RN FROM NEW JERSEY
