RECRUITMENT MANAGER FOR HOME CARE COMPANY

As a Recruitment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives through personalized care, quality support, and unwavering advocacy. We are a dedicated non-medical, in-home caregiver agency committed to helping seniors stay healthy, happy, and independent. We offer a range of services, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and more. Shifts Available: Monday through Friday, some weekends and evenings

• Train and Match Caregivers: Pair skilled caregivers with clients based on individual needs.
• Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct needs assessments with clients and their families.
• Caregiver Orientation: Introduce caregivers to their clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.

• Passion for Eldercare: A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.
• Experience: Prior experience in senior care is a plus; caregiving experience is highly valued.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules and priorities effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and listening skills to foster trust and understanding.
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional service and teamwork.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate and adjust to changing priorities.
• Management Experience: Previous experience in healthcare management or a related field preferred.
• Educational Background: Education in Healthcare Management is considered an asset.

Qualified candidates must pass a background check and be willing to assume on-call duties.

Salary $55,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience
